Join Ashaya Yoga founder and master yoga teacher, Todd Norian, for this short and sweet series of three expertly guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) classes. These classes show you how to relax your entire nervous system and skillfully shift out of survival mode into peaceful rest and rejuvenation, leading to better sleep, a more robust immune system, mental clarity, vibrant health, and the capacity for more joy.
The practice of Yoga Nidra is natural, easy, accessible to all, effortless, simple, and automatic. You will not have to work at this mentally or physically. All you have to do is lie down and let go! The Yoga Nidra practice includes moving slowly through the entire body, part by part, touching each part with your awareness and letting go. Todd will guide you step by step through deeper and deeper levels of release. There are no expectations about how the practice should go and you can’t do it wrong.
This is a loving invitation for you to take a break from having to do anything, go anywhere, or become anyone. Bring your body, mind, and heart back into pristine harmony and balance.
These classes are profoundly sublime, relaxing, and great for releasing stress, fear, and anxiety.
