Join internationally acclaimed, founder, and master yogi, Todd Norian, for this simple yet precise tutorial training on the art and practice of yogic breathing – pranayama. This training is the perfect preparation or review of the breathing techniques taught in Ashaya Yoga Live Online Practices (Pillars of Peace) Monthly Membership.
The course will be divided into three segments of 15-20 minutes each with a short break in between each segment. Segments are progressive and sequential.
Props Needed: 1-2 folded blankets to sit on, two belts with clasps, two hand towels.
Students are encouraged to watch the video on how to sit for pranayama and meditation and read the descriptions and benefits/precautions/contraindications prior to the training. Video and descriptions are available at this link:
