As the world starts moving again, many of us find ourselves caught in a chaotic dance of inner conflict. We’re feeling the pull of opposing forces and desires – between safety and freedom, action and pause, fear and joy.

When we’re frozen in inner conflict, we act from survival instead of wisdom. Our health, happiness, and ability to contribute pay the price.

Honoring and integrating these opposing energies is key to our well-being.

Making peace with duality and arriving at deep acceptance of all realities empower us to truly understand ourselves, receive the deeper learning, and make our decisions from the heart. The journey back to center is a beautiful one, rich with lessons and opportunities for growth and awakening.

This retreat is suitable for all levels of practitioners – beginners to advanced. Ashaya Yoga® is a safe and accessible alignment-based, heart-centered method of yoga that builds strength, flexibility, and balance, along with heart wisdom that empowers you to create a life of fulfillment and joy.

The morning session will include an inspiring and spiritually uplifting talk on the power of Non-dual Tantra philosophy, followed by a short break. You’ll return to a centering practice followed by an invocation, asanas taught in the Ashaya Method of Alignment using The Four Essentials™, mantra practice, pranayama, meditation, and savasana.

The afternoon will follow a similar sequence with therapeutic asanas, a deep yoga nidra, and group sharing at the end.

Pillars of Peace: Live 30-Day Ashaya Yoga Morning Practice

Now is the time to stay centered, grounded, and connected to your heart.

It’s time to show up for a daily anchoring practice that cultivates strength and peace within and lifts you up beyond survival into thriving. Even now. Especially now. 

Through his 40+ years of practice, Todd has crafted a set of effective, easy-to-practice techniques that awaken the heart to its natural state of resiliency, vitality, and joy. This practice harmonizes body, mind, and heart by integrating mantra, japa, pranayama, meditation, alignment-based and heart-centered asana, and savasana.

You are invited to stay grounded and connected through a consistent daily practice with Todd. Join him each morning in his virtual studio as he expertly and lovingly guides you into the depths of your being to become a pillar of strength and clarity for yourself and others. Feel yourself connecting and opening up among a small community of other heart-centered students of Ashaya Yoga. And begin each day with a sense of calm and a sustainable well-stoked fire of inner strength.

To find stability within source consciousness, you need a dedicated and consistent morning practice over a long period of time, so we are launching this as a 30 day experience and commitment.

  • 30 Live Meditation Practice for $120.00
  • 30 Live Meditation Practice + Weekly 45 minute Asana practice (3 classes per week, 13 classes total) for $155.00

Recordings will be available for up to 30 days following the last session for those who’ve registered.

I hope I can find the words to convey how precious and wonderful the 30 days with Todd is! My gratitude for the first 30 days is still filling my heart, and since it has ended I have listened to the recordings each day to keep it going.

Todd guides us through a chant, pranayama practices, silent mantra meditation, and integration all while weaving in a theme that is powerful, empowering, and timely. I was astounded by the synchronicity so many of the days. I cannot believe that I have this stash of 30 recordings that I can go back to!

The asana is also AMAZING. He sometimes continues and expands the theme from the meditation or will do another connected theme. His cues in asana are so wonderful. They deepen the pose in such a subtle and delicious way. He provides every level of challenge during the practice. I LOVED it.

I am so looking forward to connecting with everyone and beginning again. Oh yeah! That is the other WHOLE AMAZING PART- our community! We get up and do it together every day! Having this structure to these often unstructured days was invaluable for me. It set me up for such special days! He holds bonus classes where we check in and ask questions. WOW!! What an amazing gift and certainly an amazing blessing that Todd is continuing to bestow on us. I am in tears as I type this. My first program with Todd on December 26, 1997 was a start to my transformational work. He was an amazing, awesome, kind, caring, insightful, spiritual and dedicated teacher then, and he has not changed one bit. I cannot say that he is even a better teacher now than he was, because I know from all of the programs that I took from him (and I took ALL of his programs) that he was the very best there could be then and he remains that today. Because of the great response to these classes, Todd continues to offer a free class Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9-10 a.m. (ET).

We are made up of the five elements, and inner peace can be achieved only when they are balanced within. This Ashaya Yoga® series brings about a flowing integration of all five elements that leaves you feeling strong, confident, peaceful, openhearted, and ready to engage with life wholeheartedly.

Day 1: SKY: Open to the Bigger Energy. Release stress and worry, and open up to unlimited possibility and hope. Touch the vastness of space and inner peace within.

Day 2: EARTH: Get Grounded. Life’s challenges never come to put you down. Engage the strength, flexibility, and balance to rise up and have a breakthrough.

Day 3: WATER: Flow Around Obstacles. Let go of tension and strain through a sequence of flowing, soothing, and restorative poses. Water always finds its way back to the source – the ocean of consciousness.

Day 4: FIRE: Reignite Your Passion for Living. Reignite your passion for life, creativity, and freedom. Build core strength through a series of spiritually uplifting and transformational postures.

Day 5: AIR: Reach Higher. Expand into a heightened sense of purpose and breathe your dreams into reality with this inspiring sequence of postures. Complete the series with a deep relaxation integrating all five elements.

Series #1: Practices for Inner Peace
Sunday, March 22 – Saturday, March 28, 2020
9:00am – 10:00 am EDT

Day 1: FLOW. Yoga flow for finding harmony with body, mind, and heart. Respond to stress consciously and compassionately.

Day 2: RELEASE. Targeted stretching to release stress and fear being held in the body.

Day 3: CALM. Relax the muscle of anxiety and worry (the psoas) for more clarity and calm.

Day 4: TUNE IN. Tune into the channel of peace and bliss and give your nervous system a break with Mantra Meditation.

Day 5: CHANT. Kirtan chanting with harmonium. Music transcends all. Let mantra be the vehicle you ride into your heart where you savor and dwell in stillness, bliss, and inner peace.

Day 6: LISTEN. Deep Savasana with journal exploration. Open up to the whisper of the universe that is always communicating, guiding, and influencing you.

Day 7: BREATHE and RESTORE. Pranayama with stretches to open the shoulders, spine, and lungs, ending with a deep restorative pose. Breathing practices for deepened resilience and resourcefulness.
