What makes Ashaya Yoga
Teacher Trainings So Outstanding?

1. Our programs offer an unprecedented opportunity for transformation of your whole being.
2. We offer you individual alignment instruction so you know you're doing the poses correctly.
3. You'll receive unparalleled progressive one-on-one mentoring throughout the course. You'll teach 6 mini-classes over the course of the training, and you'll get individual feedback after each one, so you know how well you're doing and what skills you need to work on.
4. Through small group and 1-to-1 interaction with other students, you'll experience the power of a supportive and diverse community of passionate learners.
5. Most teacher trainings only focus on the body. Ashaya fully integrates body, mind, and heart for a complete experience.
6. We explore emotional mastery, as well as mastery of the physical body.
7. We go deep into exploration of Ashaya Yoga and its Tantric yoga philosophy, rather than just learning a little bit about many different styles. This allows you to fully master your teaching skills so you can help your students transform!
8. Our 200-hour course gives you a strong foundation for taking advanced courses with Todd in the future.

Meet Your Teachers

Todd Norian
Ashaya Yoga Founder, Internationally Acclaimed Yoga Teacher, Musician, and Author, E-RYT 500, YACEP
“When you’re aligned in body, mind, and heart, you find yourself guided by an energy and purpose greater than yourself. This leads to bringing forth the gift that only you can offer to this world. When you know what your gift is and you unabashedly offer it, then you’ve reached a level of spiritual fulfillment and service in the world that brings the highest joy.”

Todd seeks to awaken others to their inherent potential for healing and joy. A student of yoga since 1980, he founded Ashaya Yoga® in 2012 to guide students through an alignment-based, heart-opening practice that builds strength and flexibility, while giving them access to the universe of power within. Todd brings precise, therapeutic alignment, heart-opening, Tantra-based teachings, and an unapologetic sense of humor to his live online workshops and trainings. Todd created several music albums for yoga and relaxation, including Bija, which is played in yoga classes globally.

Cheryl Chaffee
Ashaya Yoga Teacher Trainer, E-RYT 500, YACEP
“Self-acceptance is an important spiritual practice. To fully accept yourself, with all your quirks and imperfections, is to realize the Divine Energy within you. This recognition, which comes about through heart-centered practices and study, opens your heart to experience even more joy and freedom in life. This is a deep underlying theme in Ashaya Yoga.”

Cheryl is passionate about assisting others in opening their bodies, minds, and hearts. She began teaching yoga in 2005, received her 500 hour certification in 2010, and ran a successful alignment-based yoga studio for 10 years in Sarasota, FL. Cheryl has studied with Todd since 2006, and has assisted him in workshops and teacher trainings. She brings a friendly sense of joy and adventure to her teaching, while honoring the wide range of physical and emotional experience that each student brings.

Randy Boyd
Anatomy Course Teacher, E-RYT 500, Certified Yoga Therapist, IAYT
“My passion for teaching yoga anatomy is sourced from the tantric perspective that the human body is a reflection of the one divine universal energy that is the essence of all beings and the source of all healing. My experience as a yoga therapist is that the alignment essentials practiced in Ashaya Yoga are based on the science of anatomy and promote vitality, healing, and radiant health.”

Randy seeks to awaken others to their innate ability to find health, harmony, and happiness through the practice of yoga. He attributes the healing of a very serious back injury he had to the Ashaya method.

Randy has studied with Todd for 15 years. As an Ashaya teacher trainer, he has trained over 75 teachers in the Ashaya method. He teaches private yoga therapy sessions and yoga therapy workshops. More on Randy can be found at randyboydyoga.com.

Note: The yoga therapy components of Randy’s teaching are based on his certification as a Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. These techniques are not derived from his status as an ERYT-500 with Yoga Alliance Registry.
