Thanksgiving can be an overwhelming and stressful time for many people, especially when it comes to dealing with family dynamics. What’s a yogi to do?

 

 

Register for this extended 1 hour, 45 minute, yoga class that will take you in-depth into the practice of gratitude. Gratitude has one of the highest vibrational frequencies of all of the emotions. When you feel grateful for who you are, for what you have, and for the people in your life, you become centered and grounded in deep inner peace.

Prepare yourself for your day of giving thanks by opening your heart, receiving the light of divine inspiration, and calming your body and mind. You’ll be centered in your heart and prepared to appreciate the grace this holiday is meant to offer.

Ashaya Yoga is an accessible, therapeutic, and safe practice for all levels of beginners to advanced yogis. Modifications are given and you’re encouraged to go at your own pace.
