Kula means community of the heart. In yoga, it speaks to the sacred reciprocity of giving and receiving. Kula reminds us that we are not alone in this world. We are intimately connected, woven into one another’s lives.

Tantra has many meanings. It can mean a book, a scripture, a practice, or a weaver’s loom. “Tan” in Tantra means to extend or expand.
